A Limoges porcelain trinket box. This oval box features deep cobalt coloring displaying a gilt image of a courting couple and floral motifs. The trinket box is trimmed in gold tone metal and marked to the underside, ‘Legle, Pocelaine d’ Art, Limoges, France, Or Veritable’.
