Offset Lithograph and a Giclee After Watercolors Paintings
Item Details
A pair of prints including a giclee on paper after a watercolor painting of grapes and an offset lithograph after a painting by Kathryn White of lilacs. The giclee depicts a bunch of white, red and purple grapes with leaves and is signed illegibly in the plate to the lower right. It is mounted under glass with a sage green mat in a stained wooden frame that is wired for hanging. The Print featuring lilacs was painted with a trompe l’oeil effect bordering the image. It is signed Kathryn White to the lower right and mounted under glass with white and printed gray layered mats in a decorative carved wooden frame with a silver gilt finish and fitted with a sawtooth hanger that is currently covered with paperboard. Information about the artist is attached to the verso.
Condition
- chip to smaller frame at lower left; nicks and general wear to both frames.
