An original signed oil painting and a light-up frame featuring the Daniels & Fisher Tower building in Denver, Colorado. The original oil painting on board depicts a street view of Denver, Colorado’s landmark Daniels & Fisher tower building. It is signed ‘S. Bell’ and is presented in an ornate gilded wood frame with a hanging wire on the back. Also included is a custom-made light-up picture frame, which holds a vintage black and white vintage film negative depicting the Daniels & Fisher building as it appeared in the early to mid-twentieth century. When plugged in, the negative is illuminated. The frame is made of wood with a cherry tone stained finish and a gilded inner border. The negative is presented behind a mauve-colored mat, under glass. The frame comes with a power cord, and is marked ‘Made by M.Q.F.C.’ and ’Manny’s of Denver’.
