Original Martin Rettig Oil Painting of Flowers in China Vase

This original oil painting is done by Cincinnati artist Martin Rettig (b. 1869-d.1956). Mr. Rettig studied under Frank Duveneck and was President of the Cincinnati Art Club as well as an artist for the Rookwood Pottery in Cincinnati. This piece features red and pink flowers in a blue patterned china vase atop a table with a flowing tablecloth and is housed in a wooden frame. The piece is signed in the bottom right and there is a wire to the back for hanging.
Condition
Good, some nicks and scratches to frame.
