Limited Edition Artwork of a Dancing Moon

A limited edition artwork of a dancing moon-like figure. This piece has a molded three-dimensional face with pursed red lips, and uses a paint-like ground to depict the arms, legs and tutu of the figure, dancing in the center of a bluish spotlight. There is an illegible gold tone signature to its lower right corner, and it is numbered 3/250. There is a felt backing to the unframed work, along with a label that appears to have been originally adhered to a different artwork.
