An oil painting on panel, titled A Portrait III, by well-listed Spanish-born abstract artist Dennis Hollingsworth (born 1956). This piece is scattered with textured layers of vibrantly-colored paint, applied in thick drizzles and splotches, the viewer’s eye drawn down to a nest-like cluster of lines toward the lower edge of the piece. This piece is matted under acrylic glass in a white wooden frame with a wire and a notation of the title to its verso.
