A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Peshawar Style wool accent rug. This rug features a unique palette of deep plum, mauve, camel, and gray, beginning with a deep plum field filled with scrolling latticed floral motifs. The field is framed in main mauve border displaying a herati pattern, along with a pair of barber pole guards. The rug is finished with overcast selvedges, and an extended natural warp with woven coordinating threads, along with a double knotted fringe. Unlabeled.
