"Scotch Plaid" Plain Edge With Five Scalloped Edge Pressed Glass Plates

A six-piece collection of antique ‘Scotch Plaid’ pressed glass plates with one plain edge plate. The Scotch Plaid plate features the crossed bars resulting in a stippled diamond pattern. The rarity to this piece is the plain edge. Two additional plates in the ‘Scotch Plaid’ pattern feaure a scalloped edge with the traditional stippled diamond pattern with one being blue and the other clear glass. Two shallow bowls and a small butter pat in the same pattern are included. Each plate was manufactured by The Boston & Sandwich Glass Company.
