Warner Brothers 1997 Limited Edition Bugs Bunny Sericel "8 Ball Bunny"

A limited edition 1997 Warner Brothers serigraph cel mounted to an offset lithograph on paper titled 8 Ball Bunny. The piece is a reproduction print after the title image from the 1949 Warner Brothers cartoon of the same name directed by Chuck Jones. It depicts Bugs Bunny leaning against a giant 8-ball that also supports a seated Playboy Penguin. The pair cast long shadows against a variegated blue and green background, with the animated short’s title printed in white to the top center. The cel includes the Warner Brothers Animation Art logo in plate to the lower left, along with a notation of “Sericel, 1997 Warner Brothers”. The print is matted in black and presented under glass in a silver tone metal frame fitted with a sawtooth hanger to the verso. The item includes a certificate of authenticity from Fine Art Sales Florida noting the work as part of a limited edition of 2500.
