A limited edition sericel titled Popeye at the Captain’s Wheel licensed by King Features, Inc. This print depicts Popeye the Sailor standing at the wheel of a ship with his beloved Olive Oyl standing beside him in adoration. The cel is presented behind a black and silver tone mat behind glass in a silver tone metal frame with a wire to the verso for hanging. It includes a certificate of authenticity from Park West Gallery affixed to the verso.
