Chinese Ching-t'ai-lan Cloisonné Plate
Item Details
A Ching-t’ai-lan cloisonné enameled plate. The copper plate is decorated with a lavish pattern of birds, a flowering tree and peony flowers, in brilliant enamel, in colors of cobalt blue, turquoise blue, black, white, lavender, coral and green. The underside is marked ‘© 1991 The Ching-t’ai-lan Artists Workshop’ and ‘Art Object – Not safe for food use. May be toxic.’
