1876 Original Framed Map of Africa

An 1876 framed map of Africa. This engraved print shows the continent of Africa with an inset maps; one shows details of Egypt and the other shows the Mascarene Islands. The map has a copyright date of 1876 by Wilson, Hinkle & Co.

The print is matted in brown and black, framed in wood and under glass. It is wired for hanging.

Condition

Wear is consistent with age and use. Map has some small stains and warping. Frame has some light scratches and scuff marks.
