Vintage Sessions Porcelain Shelf Clock

Item Details

A Sessions porcelain shelf clock. The clock has a white porcelain body with hand-painted floral designs in pink, blue and purple with gilded scroll work throughout. Other features include brass and glass frame covering a white face with black Roman numerals and hands, and a red second hand. It is marked at the bottom of the face ‘Clock movement by Session’s’. the base is marked ‘Chikusa, Made in Occupier Japan’.

Condition

- fair condition; slight paint fading, scratched to the metal, consistent with use and age. Time keeping accuracy not guaranteed; did not power on when tested.
