An inlaid stone globe in a brass frame. This piece features a blue ground with inlaid brass latitudinal and longitudinal lines with agate, jasper, granite and sandstone inlay to delineate the countries and continents. It is held in a brass frame with compass to the bottom pierced stretcher.
