An oil painting on canvas of a matador by listed artist Joyce Roybal (born 1955). This work features Roybal’s style of depicting whimsical scenes and childlike, playful character. The painting depicting a matador holding onto a piece of cloth as a bull charges towards him. It is signed by hand to the lower right corner and presented without glass in a wooden frame with metal corners. It is ready to hang with a metal hanging wire to the verso.
