A vintage F. E. Olds & Son Ambassador brass tuba, its wide bell emboss marked with the F.E. Olds & Son mark to the front; the company was founded in California in 1908 by Frank Ellsworth Olds, and became F. E. Olds & Son when his son R. B. joined the company in 1920.
