Item Details
An oil painting of a beach on panel, by an artist signing the work ‘Menses.’ This pastel-toned work uses painterly swathes of color to render a cove bordered by stony hills. The work is signed to its lower right corner, and appears to be dated ‘68.’ It is mounted in a wooden frame with a textile liner and a wire for hanging to its verso.

- worn frame finish; minor cracks to lower right of inner edge of liner.
