An East Asian watercolor painting on silk. This piece depicts a red bird with long tail feathers perched on a thorny branch with bright red leaves growing with a bamboo sprout. A red seal is stamped to the lower right corner. The piece is presented behind a French mat and glass in a gold tone frame with a faux bamboo molding and wire to the verso for hanging.

Condition

- some discoloration to fabric; nicks and scratches around the frame.
