A set of Wallace sterling silver flatware in the Sir Christopher pattern. Originally introduced in 1936, this pattern was given the name, Sir Christopher in honor of British architect Sir Christopher Wren. Chased with intricately scalloped body detailed with foliate and scrollwork, this forty-two piece set includes the following: eight sterling handled dinner knives with stainless steel blades, eight dinner forks, seven salad forks, eight butter knives and eleven teaspoons. All are hallmarked, ‘Wallace Sterling’. Total approximate weight, excluding the dinner knives with stainless blades, is 44.580 ozt.
