A vintage Birger Christensen calfskin coat. This double-breasted coat is comprised of a deep navy calfskin and features a notched collar with a wide label, false flap pockets, sleeve straps, and a back waist strap finished with metal brass-toned buttons. The coat is fully lined in a matching black color. The coat has a tag indicating ‘Made in Denmark,’ embroidery to the back interior reading ‘Birger Christensen Copenhagen Designed Exclusively for Gidding Jenny,’ and a monogram in white thread with previous owner’s name.
