A collection of ten sterling silver collector’s spoons. Makers include August Thomsen of Copenhagen active 1906-19367, George W. Shiebler & Co. active 1876-1910, Mechanics Sterling Co., and British hallmarks for 1923 London, Josiah Williams & Co. and David Fullerton. Items commemorate John Quincy Adams birthplace, C.F. Pettengill House, Bermuda, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, Spanish Rock, and Washington. Others are decorated with enamel designs. All are marked as sterling and feature unique handles. Some are personally engraved. The total approximate weight is 9.215 ozt.
