A contemporary modern Acapulco style chair, with a white plastic cord seat and a gray metal base. The Acapulco design is a classic Mid Century Modern chair design dating from the 1950s, supposedly invented in the eponymous resort city in Mexico and based on traditional Mayan hammocks, which helps keep the user cool with its openwork design.
