An oil painting on canvas of a city by the sea. This unsigned painting with impasto details depicts a harbor filled with docked boats and lined with tall buildings and houses. The painting is presented in a gold tone and brown wood frame. A wire for hanging purposes and a graphite marking reading ‘ERP’ are present to the verso.

- craquelure present especially along the top of the image; light abrasion wear to frame; slightly dusty.
