This ring features a round brilliant cut diamond set in the center of a sterling silver and multi color enamel masonic emblem, The Order of the Eastern Star. This emblem is affixed to a rectangular decorative openwork ring in white gold, with a milgrain detail and a scroll pattern on the shoulders.
