A pair of Lichfield House bookends. These decorative bookends are modeled after the 18th century town home at 15 St.James Square in London, England.. The original building facade was designed by Scottish architect James Stuart who is known as a pioneer of Neoclassicism. These bookends are marked to the reverse with a short biographical and historical note.
