A Chippendale style desk in a mahogany stain from the Seven Seas collection by Hooker Furniture. This desk features a protective glass piece above its leather-paneled top with molded edges. One long, narrow drawer is present above the kneehole, flanked by two graduated drawers on either side; each drawer has a pierced brass batwing mount and bail pull. It rises on four cabriole style legs with acanthus-carved knees which terminate in claw-and-ball feet. It is marked ‘Seven Seas by Hooker Furniture’ with a metal tag to the interior of a drawer.
