A watercolor painting on paper of a harbor believed to be by listed American artist George Carpenter (1928 – 2006). This work is rendered in muted shades of neutral blue, gray, and brown hues and depicts a boat sailing towards a wooden dock and boathouse. It is signed somewhat illegibly by hand to the lower center margin. The painting is matted in white and presented behind glass in a silver tone wooden frame with a paper backing and metal hanging wire to the verso.

- nicks and scratches throughout frame; minor wear throughout frame’s finish.
