An original acrylic and charcoal painting on paper by contemporary American artist Robert Joyner. The painting depicts a busy street scene lined with hanging telephone wires, boxy cars, and tall houses in a variety of bright colors. The piece is completed in Joyner’s signature loose, painterly style with dripping paint and scratchy pastel outlines across. The piece is signed in pale yellow to the lower right. It is matted in white and is presented behind glass in a faux mahogany composite frame with a hanging wire attached to the verso.
