Collection of "Love Story" Porcelain Plates
Item Details
A collection of Fragonard’s ‘Love Story’ gilded porcelain plates. Included are four dessert plates and one larger cake plate. Each features a collection of soft, romantic scenes around the edges, a light blue ring with foliate detailing, and a central scene of the couple. The dessert plates are marked with crossed arrow hallmarks and ‘7558’ to verso, and the larger plate has the Arnart beehive mark.
