L. Mason Oil Painting of a Little Girl with a Bird's Nest
Item Details
An oil painting on canvas of a little girl with a bird’s nest, by an artist signing the work ‘L. Mason.’ This piece depicts the child balancing a bird’s nest in one hand, using her other hand to life a small blue egg toward her face for examination. The painting places the figure against a forested background, and is signed to its lower left corner. It is mounted in a wood and gesso frame with black molded detailing, a textile liner, and a wire for hanging.

- scuffing and wear to frame; some paint residue to verso of frame.
