"Design Classic" Lounge Chairs by Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin

Item Details

A pair of Design Classic lounge chairs designed by Milo Baughman in 1966 for Thayer Coggin. They have angled backrests and seats, cushioned and upholstered in black leather. The nickel brushed flatbar metal frames are straight along the top, each side with a padded armrest, and connected to the straight legs at right angles. The seats rest on angled supports and they have a stabilizing stretcher at the back. Underneath, they bear a Thayer Coggin tag.

Condition

Significant wear to cushions and fabric. Some damage to stitching between seat back cushion and chair back on both. One chair has tape residue to left arm.
Frames appear to be in good condition.
