Item Details
A sterling silver coffee service by Reed & Barton. Each piece has faceted sides with acanthus leaf accented, curved handle and rests on an ovoid pedestal base, featuring an engraved Gothic ‘h’ to the side. They are stamped to the underside with the Reed & Barton maker’s mark of an eagle, an ‘R’ in a shield, and a lion above ‘Sterling D525’. The total approximate weight is 26.155 ozt.
Condition
- mild surface wear including small dents, marks, scratches, and minimal tarnishing; the coffee pot handle’s insulators have been removed and it is separated but included; personalized engravings present.
