A T. F. Simon Cour du Dragon, Paris colored etching. Numbered in pencil to the lower left, ‘79’ and signed in pencil to the lower right, under glass. This print is presented in a wooden frame with olive and gold paint and a ecru colored mat. Czech Republic born Tavik František Šimon (1877-1942) was a prolific artist, professor of Fine Arts, author and world traveler whose work spans from painting and drawing to the graphic arts and most notably, woodcut etchings.
