A 1904 edition of Rimes Chinoises by Matgioi. Writing under the name Matgioi, this volume by Alfred de Pouvourville was published by Alphonse, Lemerre in Paris. The book of Chinese poetry is quarter bound in tan leather and black pebbled covered boards, has marbled endpapers, five raised bands to the spine, and is lettered in gilt.

Condition

- toning, foxing and wear to the leather are evident
- pages are unevenly cut
- bindings are tight and text is clean
