A hand stitched floral appliqué and embroidered coverlet. This piece features branches of cherry blossoms in shades of pink on green branches with leaves on an off-white field. The leaves and petals are hand appliquéd on with the branches and other details added be hand embroidery. The coverlet is finished with pink binding on a scalloped edge, off-white backer and hand quilting. It is not marked by a maker.
