A semi antique hand-knotted Heriz wool area rug. This wool rug has a large scale, white central star pendant medallion on a brick red field filled with dense rectilinear floral designs and principally white spandrels. The field is framed with an unresolved, stylized samovar border. It is finished with a natural warp fringe and stitched selvedge. Unlabeled.
