An original acrylic on canvas triptych by contemporary Cincinnati-based artist Lisa Schafer (21st century), titled Festival Time. The triptych includes three square canvases, each featuring an abstract composition made of broad, hazy fields of gray, yellow, orange, lavender, scarlet red, and navy paint. The paintings are each signed in deep red to the lower corner and are titled to the verso. The paintings are presented without matting or framing but are gallery-wrapped and ready to hang. Lisa Schafer received an undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master’s in Digital Designed from the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP). Schafer’s work is represented in galleries across the United States including the Argosy Gallery in Bar Harbor, Maine and the Gallery Veronique in Montgomery, Ohio. Her work is housed in private and corporate collections including the Muska and Lipman Publishing Company and The Greater Cincinnati Foundation.
