Porcelain Pedestal Vase by Vista Alegre

Item Details

A porcelain pedestal vase by Vista Alegre. This gilded vase has a flared form reminiscent of the Krater vases of Ancient Greece and features two scrolled handles and a central laurel wreath with bust image. The piece is backstamped with a green Vista Alegre mark and ‘Made in Portugal.’

Condition

- two small orange stains to the interior of the vase
- vase would benefit from cleaning
