Vintage Oneida Community "Morning Star" Silver Plate Flatware
Item Details
A silver-plated vintage flatware set by Oneida Community in the Morning Star pattern. First introduced in 1948, each piece features a flared handle with square tip that has a pieced floral motif to the center with horizontal banding. This set includes sixteen dinner knives, sixteen dinner forks, twelve salad forks, four dessert forks, twelve tablespoons, twenty-four teaspoons, twelve iced tea spoons, two serving spoons, a meat fork, a ladle, a sugar spoon, and a soup spoon. Each piece is marked to the reverse “Community”. The flatware is presented in a wooden flatware chest with a red felt interior lining.
