A vintage walnut writing desk by Sligh. This desk rests on turned legs ending in reeded elongated blunt arrow feet with a single full-width drawer with two brass finish knobs below the writing surface. Above the writing surface at the back rises a scrolled pediment between two small raised drawers each with a single brass finish knob. The maker’s mark is stamped inside of the full-width drawer.
