Justin Fontaine Maury uses his education in photography and design to create work that uses found objects, paint, and resin. Maury’s work is bright and shocking using enlarged taboo images from vintage adult film posters and classified ads combined with painted backgrounds and bold words. He layers his works with resin to bind the paint to the ground materials, presenting a structural and aesthetic depth. His work can be found in private collections and galleries in the greater New York City area, including the Borghi Fine Art Gallery.
