A mid to late 20th century watercolor painting on paper by listed New England artist George Carpenter (1928 – 2006). The piece depicts a snow-covered cabin set in a New England winter landscape under blue skies and grey clouds. The work is signed in black ink to the lower left. It is double-matted in off-white and presented under glass in a black and gold tone wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

- minor toning to paper and matting; slight wear and scratches to frame.
