A black-and-white digital photographic print on glossy photo paper by contemporary American artist Robbie Kemper (Cincinnati, Ohio; born 1957), titled Roma Fiat. The print depicts a close-up view of a license plate on a vintage Fiat. The photograph is unsigned and unmarked, but comes directly from the artist’s collection. It is matted in white and presented behind glass in a black metal frame with a hanging wire attached to the verso. Kemper studied art at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, and is currently a studio resident at the Pendleton Art Center in the historic district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, Ohio.
