A pair of hand colored etchings on paper by Meg Dawson (American, 20th Century). This pair includes one print titled Weighty Calculations and depicts a black cat lying atop a computer with floral wallpaper in the background. This print is editioned 53/100, titled, signed, and dated 1986 in graphite along the bottom margin. Also included is Briefcase which depicts a black cat lounging in a briefcase on the floor next to a window and umbrella stand. This print is also editioned 116/150, titled, signed, and dated 1989 along the bottom margin. Both prints are housed in black textured engineered wood frames under white matboard and acrylic.
