A collection of three oil paintings on board of floral composition by American artist Grace Huntley Pugh (1912-2010). Featured are fragmented views of floral compositions rendered with areas of heavy impasto in soft hues. Each work is stamped in ink with the artist name and life dates to the verso. The assortment is presented unmounted and without frames.
Grace Huntley Pugh was a member of the American Watercolor Society. She graduated from Barnard College and attended the National Academy of Design Art School, the Art Students League, and the Parsons School of Design. She was also the founding president of the Mamaroneck Artists Guild and is mostly known for her paintings of Mamaroneck Harbor.
