French Country Style China Cabinet

Item Details

A French country china cabinet featuring a tiered pediment with an incised Greek key border. The stiles are set a little forward and continue the pediment and key design. They are also embellished with carved grapes and a ribbed column. The back is paneled in vertical planks with a shelf and line of small drawers. The bottom cabinet features three dovetailed constructed drawers and three cabinets. The center drawer is embellished with a circular low relief floral carving and the cabinets are flanked with columns with fruit and leaf carvings. The wood cabinet is painted with a thin whitewash.
