Vintage Spode "Italian" Transferware Tableware

Item Details

A collection of Spode Italian transferware including a serving platter, nine dinner plates, eight dessert plates, and six salad bowls. The porcelain plates feature a romantic blue transferware design depicting a European countryside with a floral border in a striped field. The bowls have scalloped edges. The pieces are marked ‘Spode Made in England’ to the underside placing production before 1970.
