Ceramic Stein by Mettlach

A ceramic lidded beer stein from Mettlach. Features a painted finish bearing the image of German townspeople enjoying a beer hall, with the slogan ‘Gut essen und trinken ist besser dem schminken’ (Good food and drink is better than using makeup), and accents in shades of black and caramel brown. The silver toned lid has a vasiform thumb lift and a caramel and blue inset with a six-pointed star and the phrase ‘Wohl bekomms’ (meaning ‘Cheers!’) to the top. Marked ‘Mettlach 2005’ to the underside with production marks.
