Josef Arhatz Stein

Item Details

A ceramic lidded stein. Featuring a white finish with maroon borders, and the name ‘Josef Arhatz’ to the top with an image of a German team of horses pulling a cart of logs. The phrase ‘Eher soll die Welt verderben, als vor Durst ein Suhrmann sterben’ (Rather, the world is to be ruined before a Suhrmann would die of thirst) lines the bottom of the stein. The stein is marked illegibly to the underside.
