Vintage Pink Lusterware "Sailor's Farewell" Pitcher
Item Details
A vintage pink lusterware Sailor’s Farewell jug, likely Sunderland. This piece features a transfer-printed depiction of a man and a woman separated by a sailing ship at sea. The other side features a transfer printed depiction of a woman milking a cow. There is also a short romantic poem shown on the side of the jug. There is pink luster trim and detailing to the rim, handle, body, and footed base. It is marked with an applied label at the base ‘Krufsaw Wash N 1967.’
